The Maurimix Muffin Mix is a single bowl recipe. Break the rules and let’s make cake instead, the classic zebra cake!

Here’s how to:
1. Add Maurimix Vanilla Muffin Mix and required wet ingredients to a single bowl and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Increase speed to 2nd speed and beat for 5 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl prepare the Maurimix Chocolate Muffin Mix following steps 1 and 2.
4. Pour a little of the chocolate muffin batter into a lined round baking tray to cover the base of the cake pan, then pour a little of the vanilla muffin batter at the center. Pour smaller circles of chocolate muffin batter and vanilla muffin batter consecutively into the center of the pan till all the batter is transferred to the baking pan.
5. Draw streaks from out to the center of the round baking pan with a toothpick
6. Bake at 185 Celsius Centigrade at 25 minutes.
