If you are looking for a fudgy, chocolaty soft drop cookie, this recipe works wonders and the convenience is just motivating to try out as it is a 3 step, single bowl recipe.
You will need:
Maurimix Brownie Mix 350g
Butter or Margarine 60g
Mauri Dual Action Baking Powder 1 tsp.
Eggs 45g (approx. 01 Nos.)
Water 25ml
Here’s how to:
1. Mix all ingredients in one bowl till well combined.
2. Scoop brownie cookie batter on a tray lined with a baking sheet leaving space for the cookie to spread. Avoid flattening the cookie on top.
3. Bake at 150 Centigrade for 30 minutes.
